Butcher's Steiner is one of four licensed manufacturers of the certified Bauernspeck (farmer`s bacon). For this reason, our production is constantly and extensively controlled which ensures the finest taste. The highest quality bacon is directly available in our house, as well as the homemade traditional South Tyrolean dumplings.
