When it comes to mobility, we are committed to sustainability and with the Holiday Pass and our bike rental we offer you plenty of arguments for a car-free vacation. The bus stop in front of our hotel gives you the possibility to reach many attractions in a comfort way. If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up at the train station Olang/Antholz.
Energy and resources
Our hot water comes directly from the 1. district heating plant in South Tyrol, the biomass heating plant Rasen.
We use green energy from 100% hydropower from South Tyrol. For the sake of our nature, we avoid plastic as much as possible or use recyclable plastic.
Products
Because we value regionality, around 80% of our products come from South Tyrol or directly from spacies-appropriated farmers. With specialties from our family-owned Butchery Steiner, we receive premium products straight from the source, which you can find in the well stocked delicacy and butcher shop in the hotel.
Structure and building
By combining existing buildings at Niederrasen, 3 abandoned farms were converted into 1 hotel using as little untouched land as possible. The interplay of traditional construction and modern influences created a very special architecture.
Established through the use of local construction companies and materials, added value was achieved which strengthens South Tyrol's economy.
Family and staff
It is important to us to live the South Tyrolean identity and to convey it, therefore our employees and we as a family see ourselves as ambassadors of South Tyrolean values. At our hotel you will experience the South Tyrolean way of life and become local residents for a while. We value good partnerships with suppliers, producers, farmers and locals.
