Herbal steam bath 45°
A mild heat and a fine water vapour with various essences surround your body and care especially skin, hair and respiratory tract. Take a deep breath and just relax.
Tepidarium 39°
With a gentle heat radiation of about 39°C temperature an artificial fever is produced. This temperature range provides the optimum condition for building up your immune system. Here you can boost the body’s defences, and fight existing pathogens effectively. The regeneration process begins to take effect as soon as you feel the gentle warmth of the radiant heat. In this temperature range the length of stay is unlimited.
Steam Bath 45°
Immerse yourself in a thousand year old bathing tradition. After taking a shower, you’ll enter in a sparkling world of water vapour, exotic flavours and pleasant radiant heat. After 10 minutes of sweating, you can refresh yourself with a cold water shower. For this part you should take some 20 to 30 minutes.
Bio sauna 55-60°
At about 55-60°C you begin to sweat intensely after 15 to 20 minutes. The slow warming of the body initiates the body detoxification process very harmonious. After a body cast, you will feel a wonderful prickly sensation. The cycle becomes faster, the sweating and detoxification process accelerates and you'll feel completely at ease.
Tyrolean Sauna 85-90°
To harden the body, to sweat and to revitalize you go into this classic style of sauna, especially those who like it hot and intensive will start to sweat quickly at 85-90°C. A cold shower and a walk in the fresh air get your circulation going again. Then relax on a gentle relaxation couch.
iNFINITY-RELAX-POOL
Our heated 30° Infinity-Relax-Pool invites you summer as winter to feel good. Offering view to the 16
th century of the Joggilahof it creates a special atmosphere.
STADEL SAUNA 90°
Our Stadel Sauna, situated in the Adults only area, offers you direct access to the outdoor zone. Let your senses embark on the unique journey as soon as you enter the sauna. Relaxed sweating with an outside view to the facade of the former Joggilahof, the Stadel Sauna offers a unique experience. The sweat bath in the 90° sauna promotes health and helps you to relax.
Infrared Deck Space
It is a very pleasant feeling to lay under the infrared rays. This treatment can prevent back pain, tension, sleeplessness or insomnia, fatigue, cellulite and rheumatism.
Indoor Swimming Pool
The indoor pool is heated to 30°C and has 42m² and therefore ideal after a relaxing sauna treatment or after an exhausting sportive day outside. The waterfall, the counter current facility and the integrated whirlpool make your stay in the poll an unforgettable experience. Please respect our other guests and do not behave remarkably loud or jump into the pool.
